Are the four P's and the four S's. In my experience if you can master these then you have a framework to transition and a framework in which to involve food for the rest of your life.
There is a survival diet, a recovery diet and an ongoing diet. The framework I have devised covers that and allows for IDDSI inclusion.

This guide will give you enough of a framework to start building your food repertoire. If you are like me I could not eat anything orally and became very removed from food. This guide will take the pressure off and outlines the 4 culinary items I used to get me back to oral eating within 3 months.
