Would you like to be living your BEST food life right now?

Following head and neck cancer treatment, eating can be challenging.

Here are the tools and resources to ease the transition from your PEG tube back to oral eating & everything in-between.

I lived with a PEG tube for 15 months and experienced the fear, the struggle, and I know how much motivation and support is needed to transition. Knowing how to prepare food, what to eat and what other techniques can be implemented to get you back to your BEST food life with your new anatomical situation.

Often fear of choking, no organised relevant information and or having a carer who doesn’t fully understand what you are going through can be exhausting and disheartening.

You are told don’t eat that, try this or you no longer prepare food because you can’t eat it, are all barriers to eating and fulfilling your best food life.

This is my lived experience guide as a chef, foodie and as someone who wants to see you food thrive.

It's a set by step, easily digestible and easily actionable guide to give you hope and motivation.

Eat well.
